It's easy to get started with windows 95/98 you simply point with the mouse at the start button. A menu appears' you can click any item on this menu to open another menu or start a program
When you move your cursor over an option (a choice in a menu list) that has a small right-pointing arrow, such as Programs or Documents, a cascading menu opens displaying additional options.

     Clicking the Accessories option on the programs cascading menu opens the Accessories menu (you can also move your cursor to the right-either clicking or sliding will cascade the menu). In Accessories programs such as Calculator, WordPad, and Paint, can be seen listed in alphabetical order.
